Overview
Enviro Testers ultra-precision pulse reflection ultrasonic thickness gauge 1800 mm It adopts the principle of pulse reflection ultrasonic thickness measurement and is suitable for measuring the thickness of ultra-thin film materials or coatings that can propagate ultrasonic waves at a constant speed and be reflected from the back.

- Large measuring range: 20μm-1800 mm
- The thinnest layer can be measured is 0.02 mm (20μm), and the lowest layer can be measured is 0.05 mm (50μm) for plastic materials with a sound velocity of 2310 m/s.
- High Precise: the maximum resolution can reach 0.001mm; the repeat resolution can reach ± 0.002mm
- Multiple display modes: A-scan, B-scan , digital display.
- Through-coating and echo-to-echo measurement functions for measuring materials with painted and coated surfaces.
- The digital display including conventional thickness values, differences/reduction rate modes, and the highest value mode.
- Both automatic gain and manual gain available.
- Manual shutdown and automatic shutdown, with power saving function.
