Overview
Enviro Testers High Precision Coating Thickness Gauge is a compact and reliable device designed for accurate, non-destructive measurement of coating thickness. This product can be used for non-magnetic coatings such as paint, enamel, and chrome on steel, as well as insulating coatings like paint and anodized layers on non-ferrous metals. It utilizes both magnetic induction and eddy current principles, and the probe automatically detects the substrate type to deliver fast and precise results. This device is equipped with an easy-to-read 128×128 dot matrix LCD display and supports both single and continuous measurement modes. This product features multiple calibration options, including zero-point and multi-point calibration, and offers data storage with up to five groups for measurement records. Users can easily recall, delete, and manage readings while also setting customizable high/low alarm limits. Additional functions such as USB data transmission, automatic power-off, and error indications enhance usability. Designed for both field and laboratory use, this device provides accurate statistical data including mean, minimum, maximum, and standard deviation values, making it a versatile solution for industrial, automotive, and quality control applications.
