Enviro Testers High temperature Electromagnetic Thickness Gauge Pen is a pen-type electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge to be used without couplant or direct contact.

SKU: ETEHPCMT-105 Category:

Overview

Enviro Testers High temperature Electromagnetic Thickness Gauge Pen is a pen-type electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge to be used without couplant or direct contact on materials of metal or magnetism, based on electromagnetic-acoustic transduction. Due to unaffectedness by surface of the object, it can be applied to those with rust, oxide layer or coating, like oil pipe or aircraft parts, saving the effort to clear them off. Angle shift of the probe has no effect on the result, with the available gauge range 1~240 mm and the precision up to 0.01mm. This device converges modern high and new technologies such as ultrasonic flaw detection, thickness measurement, computer, electronics, mold and technology.

Features

  • There are optional functionalities like B-Scan, RS-485 BUS networking, GPRS wireless communicating and SMS
  • It can work on hot objects such as forged pieces, radiators and heat exchangers, assisted by necessary Kittings
  • WIFI, USB interface
