Enviro Testers sound level meter used for well depth is for accurately measuring the depth of water in wells, boreholes, standpipes and tanks, read accurately to 1/100 ft, it is supplied on a sturdy winding reel complete with a brake and carrying handle it include a shrouded stainless steel probe allows accurate level determinations under cascading water conditions a buzzer with adjustable volume control sensitivity control as standard and an optional tape guide or datum acts as a reference point, it also prevents tape abrasion from the casing edge and the moisture resistant electronics and standard 9 V battery are housed in the front for quick and easy access
