Overview
Enviro Testers’s high precision melt flow index testing machine for thermoplastics is designed to measure the melt flow rate (MFR) of materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, and other polymers at high temperatures. This device follows GB/T3682-2000 standards and is widely used in factories, enterprises, and research institutes for both production and research applications. It features an extrusion system with precise discharge port dimensions, a wide temperature range of room temperature to 450℃, and high accuracy of ±0.2℃ with 0.1℃ resolution. The equipment offers multiple standard tests loads up to 21.6 kg, automatic or manual material cutting, and supports long testing times with a range of 0.1 to 999 seconds. A built-in printer provides direct test reports, while the compact design ensures reliable performance under working conditions of 10℃–40℃ and 30%–80% relative humidity.
