Overview
Enviro Testers’s plastic melt flow index tester for accurate MFR and MVR measurement is designed to determine the melt flow rate (MFR) or melt volume flow rate (MVR) of a wide range of plastic materials, including ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, polystyrene, polycarbonate, POM, fluorine plastic, acrylate, and fiber resin. This device provides fast heating speed with minimal overshoot, high precision constant temperature control, and quick recovery to stable conditions after padding. It supports both manual and automatic material trimming methods, while the LCD display and built-in micro printer allow for easy result tracking and record keeping.
